Cake This
dark chocolate brownie cake is dipped in
chocolate ganache surrounded by toasted
nuts with a layer of caramel and fluffy
cheesecake on top. It erupts with a mound
of chocolate mousse on top and dark
chocolate truffles around the bottom. We
then top this wonder with a caramel/nut
drizzle. Our
layer cake is filled with cream cheese
icing and bursts with fresh carrots,
walnuts, pineapples and angel flaked
coconut. The side frosting is
hand-decorated with chopped walnuts and
our secret Hawaiian spices. What
better way to conjure up memories of the
joys of youth than strawberry shortcake?
We use a mixture of strawberries and serve
it over a white cake topped with fresh
whipped cream. This
cool, refreshing Italian dessert is our
own chef's top secret recipe. It's a very
light mocha-like flavored whipped-cream
concoction on lady finger pastry soaked
with strong espresso coffee. You
will rave about each chocolatey bite of
this incredibly moist cake. The volcanic
chocolate inside pours slowly out of the
cake with the first forkful. This
sinful dessert is made of luscious
chocolate cake pleasantly filled with our
richest peanut butter syrup. A
refreshing velvety key lime mousse set on
a graham cracker crust. It has just the
right sweet tang of Florida limes and is
topped with white chocolate drizzle.
A
generous serving of rich cappuccino mousse
separated between a thin layer of
chocolate cake, which rests atop a
chocolate cookie bottom. It's topped off
with chocolate cake crumbs. A
chocolate cookie crumb bottom layered with
smooth chocolate mousse and creamy white
chocolate mouse topped off with white
chocolate shavings. An
all natural raspberry sorbet fully clothed
in chocolate. Creamy
chocolate and vanilla ice cream mixed with
nuts and cherries encased in imported
Belgium chocolate.
